Acceptance
By using the BluffyBee website or the BluffyBee iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BluffyBee.
The service
BluffyBee is a pass-and-play party game. There are no user accounts and no game backend. Players, words, honey, and stats stay on the device. The website at https://bluffybee.com is a marketing and support site — it does not run the game.
Intellectual property
The BluffyBee name, mascot, visual design, and user interface are owned by Playground d.o.o. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by applicable law.
User-generated content
Players may type their own words and player names into the app. That content stays on the device and is not transmitted to us. You are responsible for the words and names you enter.
Purchases
The iOS app is free to download. After a generous number of free rounds, a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks unlimited play. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.
Disclaimer of warranties
BluffyBee is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app or website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playground d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BluffyBee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The Last updated date will change when we do. We will post material changes on this page. Continued use of BluffyBee after 30 days from that update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using BluffyBee.
